The owner may will do everything in her will powers to assist her customers. However, when ever May isn’t there and she has her employees running this place. It is a ZOO!!!!! You have disrespectful employees closing the place down at 6:00 pm when the location closes at 8pm. They are rude and incompetent of knowing how to speak to customers. This place will be reported to the business bureau due to the rudeness I keep receiving from these employees. It’s not right and they should treat paying customers like such

Great job with acrylics. Nails are super thin and natural looking. Not great about designs though, but good for basic polish and gel.

These people have really bad attitudes and they charge you for every little thing... They have been getting really sloppy with there work. My sns only lasted for 1 week and one nail broke because they are not putting enough coats and they charged me 5 dollars to fix the nail and because now my nails are a week old I want them to all match so I kindly asked if the can add an additional coat to make them match and they jacked the price up to 30 dollars which is the cost of a new set... I used to really like coming here but ever since they hired this lady Susan the customer service has gone down and the prices have dramatically gone up... And there work has gotten sloppy...

Used to love coming here. They do amazing arcrylic tips and gel. Recently they have been terrible. I went in waited 30 min to be even acknowledged. While they were soaking off my gel for 30 minutes ignored me and took in 3 other people who just walked in. Making me wait another 30 minutes to be taken care of. Terrible service.

My favorite nail salon! Great prices, always enough staff, and my nails last longer then any other place I've ever gone to.
