I started going here about 2 months ago (during pandemic) and always felt welcome, safe, appreciated & not rushed. They really take their time & the foot/leg massages given here is heaven. It's that little added attention & not rushing is what did it for me. Bigger places I always feel rushed & like another number. Not here. I pray it stays that way

The employees were actually pretty nice to me. Although I was not impressed with my application. As a person who loves pointy and long nails, I want my nails to NOT be crooked. I mean who would? I kept asking the employee to fix the problem and they ended up just making them shorter and STILL crooked. I would not recommend this place. I don’t mean to be rude or mean. I’m just giving my honest opinion!

I could not be happier with my toes and nails. I stopped by Stewart's Bistro for coffee and happened to see Idol Nails in the strip mall. Needing some TLC I stopped by and they were able to squeeze me in. The shop is very clean, they strictly adhere to COVID best practices and they do an amazing job. Will be back when I'm in the area.

I went for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Eric did a fantastic job and worked in a fast manner. He was very friendly and helped me decide what I wanted. I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back.
