There sale prices can be good at times but this location lacks adequate customer service. I had a pick up order and was never informed the that If I wanted to return or exchange the item, I had to go back specifically to the pick up station. Therefore, I waited in a line for 20 minutes when I didn’t have to, and all the women at the register said was I can’t help you, you have to go to the pick up section. Then when I told the women that was in pick up that they should advise people of that, she gave me attitude. It could’ve been as simple as “I apologize that no one informed you.”

Not a fan of this store. Its soo not organised. Its kind of a mess always. I wonder how to spot what you want when they keep changing it always.

I love J C Penney, the only problem is there is Not enough sale people or enough checkout places on each floor. Thats why i only gave it 3 stars.
