This condo community has come back up alot, prices on properties are getting better, is very affordable, condo fee includes all utilities, the location for public and shopping is great, minutes to ICC.

Im treated like mi casa sew casa.people always say hi and warn me of what neighbors are nice.Its just nice that my family is acknowledged every where we go.We all play football together and gather at Thanksgiving. "Loving thy neighbor" is this neighborhoods motto. Its just so nice and family oriented. It's called Fairways Condos not Grand Bel Manor. I don't know about Grand Bel Manor's neighborhood, I just wanted to correct the GPS and mention the correct place on the map. PEACE...not bitten(ewe)
