The owner Kim has a very nasty attitude. She asked me what services did I want. I told her. I ask was the prices correct on the wall, and she said look in this book, the prices were up to date in the book. When I told her what I wanted, she gave me a different price from the brochure. She got upset and started yelling at me and said the price was before the pandemic in the brochure. She started yelling and said you can just leave if you don't like it. I would never recommend Queens Nails to anyone. I would not take my dog there. I wasn't yelling at her, nor talking crazy to her. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!! And didn't care. And this was in the presence of another customer. Plus her work is not always good.

My friend just took our daughters here so the three of them could get manicures. She called and made an appointment for 2 p.m. They had 3 people starting when they arrived and told them to come back at 5. When they returned at 5, they still had to wait 30 minutes. The woman was very rude and kept saying things like "If it wasn't so late..." and "I am not happy with this situation." So basically, they waiting 3 hours, made 2 trips and spent $160 to get chastised by the lady due to her own lack of time management and professionalism. Absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I’m going to go to Benny’s and have them correct it.
I literally left with polish on my fingers from this sloppy manicure. If you’d like to waste $40-$50, I’d recommend burning the cash instead.

From the time you enter your greeted poorly. I have Never experienced such horrible service. I was told that she didn't have time to correct her mistake.Then pushed my head back yanked the lashes of pulling out some of my own lashes. Don't go to this shop unless you are desperate to be over charged and treated like trash.

I went in to get eyelash extensions and was told to come back in a hour. I left and came back only to still have to wait and then while I was waiting she started on someone else. Her quality and customer service sucks.
