I have been to a lot of places but this one is the nicest, most social, and they always do a good job. I have never hated nails that they have done. They care if you like the nails, if not they will fix them, and they care if they hurt you, they also care about your life they are just the nicest people they are not just people who do my nails they are friends that is why I keep coming here. They do such a good job. This is my favorite place to be. You know how people have a favorite place to be, all polished up is my favorite, they make you feel like you are at home and friends not just their client.

I had been so excited to go to this place because it looked different, it had great reviews, and I had seen it from visiting other nearby stores. However, I finally called last Friday to try and make it in for a pedicure. And because I knew it was last minute , plus with it being a weekend, I attempted to be considerate and (at least) check ahead of time for THEIR benefit.
Well, whoever answered must've been having a bad day because I asked if they were extremely booked and the girl laughed sarcastically and said "Yeah." Nothing else. I asked if she felt it would be too much to head in for a pedicure. And she laughed again and said, "It's pretty busy." Again. Nothing else.
I was quite distraught and disappointed. I couldn't even get a chance to try their services before reviewing them.
There were many different ways this could have been handled and I felt as if I was nothing but a nuisance.

Morgan does my nails and I love the way they look! They have a nice clean and smooth finish.
