Cannot get a Sunday paper delivered from week to week, very poor delivery service. Save your money and time and forget subscribing to this rag.

Quite frankly I am tired of not receiving my paper. I called at 8:10 this morning and talked with a customer service agent about not receiving my paper. She promised it would be here by 11:30. Still not here. This is not the first time. Either incomplete or not at all. They want their money up front but then hire incompetent people. Will not be renewing.

This complex is slated for sale. After the sale, JSOnline reports that a major renovation with partial demolition and rebuilding is planned.

If you work with their classifieds over the phone or by email its top-notch service. Not so much at the front desk.
