As a new visitor to a town, I am always hesitant to try a new salon. I took a chance with Essence Nails and was very pleased to get the professionalism, cleanliness and quality I received. Nancy is one sweet and friendly person who goes beyond the call of duty to please her clients.
I have heard very good comments about the other members of her team from other clients as well. In this day of health concerns, the staff take precautions to make sure their clients are in a clean safe environment. I've had a few appointments with this salon this winter and always look forward to coming here. Excellent workmanship.

Me and three of my friends had a very bad experience here. We expected to all get done together because we made an appointment and needed to be done all at once but only got done two at a time while the other two sat and waited. We had two of us get done in 2 1/2 hours. The third person got got helped in the fourth person got someone taken before her and never got helped in the end. We had no more time to get our nails done after two and a half hours of waiting so we left. It's smelt like dog sh*t and all of us who got our nails done got scratched and they broke one of our nails from being too aggressive. The shape for one of us didn't even come out correctly and the other person tried to get a flame and it turned out looking like seaweed. Going back to the fourth person, there were two other people sitting there doing nothing while she waited. In conclusion do not go here.

Very happy with the girls and this shop! They are very friendly and accommodating. It’s simple and they are efficient and it’s always a pleasure!
