Amazing place the pedicure I got was awesome (might have fallen asleep during it) good prices and I would absolutely go their again.

So disappointed. I rarely treat myself to a pedicure, only to get a leg massage and toenails painted. My feet look no better. Just sloppily painted. I went back and asked them to do the pumice and he told me that it was done. It was not. So disappointed. The lady also burned my leg with a hot towel.

Jackie excellent nail tech. SHE'S VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL and speaks perfect English! So nice when a paying client can communicate with a service professional a. :)

Ive been going to this nail salon for many years and have always left extreamly happy with all services. They do the best job on nails in St Augustine!! A+++ I've been to other salons that are closer to my house and have been dissapointed and find myself no matter the drive right back. After a few bad experiences I dont mind making the drive to Q-Nails for I know I'll get the beat service.

This place was purchased and under new management, hence the vastly different reviews from a year ago. They've renovated and hired new staff and they're awesome! I come here once every two weeks and the girl that does my nails is always friendly and remembers me. I have had bad experiences that destroyed my nails at other local salons, and they always fixed it when I come here. I have even brought in unique colors of my own and shown them pictures of trendy nail styles and they always got it right the first time. I will always come back here!
