The people here are so very nice and they all have great personalities. There are ups and downs with the quality though. I got acrylics here a few weeks ago and they looked great, but it was the wrong color (I did end up liking it though so I didn't say anything) and when they were filing the tops with the drill file they definitely drove it into my cuticle a few times, enough to cause pain. But they stayed on and were very difficult to remove when I had to (which I personally think is a good thing).
I got a pedicure the other day, which looks great and felt wonderful. No complaints there.
My friend got acrylics three days ago that were really cute, but they were very thin and two of them have already broken in half.
It's kind of hit or miss sometimes, but I do enjoy going in there and it's a great environment with friendly people.

Customers are not allowed to voice an opinion regarding what they are paying for. Rude. Do not recommend. Sad really since this was my 2nd visit.

Not accomodating to customers. Feel like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails. They do a so so job! Found a nail salon up the street that does great work without attitude!!! Funny thing is everyone I meet that used sassy nails in the past felt the same! One woman said not only does the owner have attitude but so does his other half! Just remember without customers you wouldn’t, have a business.
