Excellent haircut, lots of services, Aveda products. Expensive, but my stylist was amazing and gave me a fabulous cut. Will add another star if the next 3 are as great.

I was fortunate enough to have a "master stylist" who teaches other stylists how to do color and cut hair. Jasmine and I did purple together. She is brilliant. The entire shop is fabulous! This is not cheap, but worth every penny!

They try to give you the spa experience (like head and hand massage) but there is nothing special about the haircuts I've gotten there. One Jr stylist even cut my hair too short once. The master stylists are ok but they do try to peddle their products pretty hard.

I know this review is long... but read the entire experience I had before you decide to go to this salon! They are horrible, worst customer service, and they WILL ruin your hair, make you pay for it, and you’ll have to pay more money to find AN EXPERIENCED Stylist to try and correct and piece back together your fried, damaged, orange hair! If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! I went in to get a trim and to brighten up my blonde ends last Tuesday. I left with ORANGE hair, and an uneven cut that was so short (which I said I wanted to grow my hair out) that was unfixable unless I wanted an even shorter boy haircut. The stylist realized that it didn’t turn out the way I wanted and instead of asking me what day/time would work for me to have her fix it. She said “I’m off all week so the first availability would be Saturday!!!???? So she messes up my hair then makes me wait 5 days to try and fix it when it’s convenient for her!!?? My hair was ORANGE!!!! When I walked into the salon it was blonde!!! I would never mess up someone’s hair and then expect them to wait a week to try and fix it! I would have offered to come in on my day off and bend over backwards to make sure my client was happy!! Especially if I was the one that messed it up in the first place!! So I had to find a different stylist at a different salon who could fix it ASAP. Because who wants to walk around looking like carrot top to then go back to a place where you are NOT a priority even though you just paid $235 for a service that wasn’t even done correct! And pray you don’t walk out with fried hair.... or a color worse than orange! So when I called to talk to a manager I was told he wasn’t in until Tuesday but they would give him the message that I called and have him get back to me. I waited till the end of Tuesday (because still no phone call) I was told he was busy and unavailable but would have him get back to me. He never got back to me. So I called again Wednesday and again was told he was unavailable but someone would give him a message! (Are you sensing my frustration yet?) So Wednesday evening I get a call saying the manager Tyler wanted to relay a message that “We don’t give refunds and since someone else had to fix my hair they wouldn’t be able to touch it to try and correct it” First off I don’t want them to ever touch my hair again! The stylist I went to who fixed my hair the best he could was amazing! I don’t need Sorelle to do anything else with my hair! Except refund my money for a service they didn’t do right in the first place and for ruining my hair! Dillan the front desk guy said “That was Tyler’s response so there isn’t much more I can do” ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!???? Tyler who is THE Manager.... doesn’t even have the common curtesy to call a client who paid GOOD money for a service to try and resolve the issue??!! I know what you may be thinking... this chick must be so horrible that they don’t even want to deal with her!? Wrong...Not once did I complain, say anything rude, or give them any reason to treat me this way. I simply expressed that I was unhappy with how my hair turned out. I had to find someone to fix it and I felt I should get a refund. I’m always polite and never make a scene. So I’m in shock at how I’m being treated. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID THIS SALON AND FIND A PLACE THAT DESERVES YOUR MONEY AND THAT YOU CAN TRUST!!! They are shady!

I was very disappointed in my experience with this spa. I had a great stylist, but there was NEVER any product available for purchase. They never scheduled enough time for the services when I asked about it the response was the owners don't understand what it actually takes to perform the services and do not allow them to book enough time.
