Christine is AMAZING. She is professional, knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to accommodate. I used to get standard Gel Nails and she suggested Gel Powder and now I’m in love. The salon is clean and their prices are reasonable. The most important thing is that In the past, I’ve often felt like a “burden” when making special requests to my nail tech, and this is never the case with Christine. She is so nice and understanding. I feel lucky to have found her! :-)

Excellent, pleasant customer service. As a walk in without an appointment I waited about 15 minutes. They thanked me multiple times for waiting. The nail service was thorough. Technicians were pleasant and interactive without being overbearing. I just had a manicure and there was no annoying upselling. IMO one of the better nail salons in the Burke/West Springfield area.

I walked in and got an immediate pedicure. The technician did a thorough job and was very efficient. I enjoyed the leg and foot massage. Price was very reasonable. I will certainly come back!
