Jay did my acrylics and make my nails EXTREMELY thin. He then filled so hard my skin was burned. After one day acrylic was chipped, separating from my nail and my pink nail was broken under the acrylic from Jay filing so hard. When I called to tell them I am met with Jay saying things like “where’s our location?” “what’s our address then?” “I don’t even know who you are” (I was a walk in, first time going and i’m assuming he thought I was accusing him without actually coming in). He then tells me to come in and hangs up on me. An hour later I show up and show him what’s happened and he did not know how to handle the situation. It was clear as day how thin and bendy my nails were and that some had broke and when I asked why he said that’s how they were supposed to be and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been to plenty of other nail salons and I can assure you acrylics are not supposed to be bendy and separating from nails THE NEXT DAY. Jay was trying to tell me my nails were fine meanwhile right in front of his face, they were falling apart. Jay has terrible customer service and skills on nails. He was so stubborn he couldn’t even admit he messed up on my nails and was instead blaming me. The fact that he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about was unbelievably rude. On top of that the salon it’s self is disgusting, with bugs and peeling paint. I’m shocked this place is even still open and hasn’t been shut down.

Place needs to be cleaned badly. I felt like I was going to get nail fungus. Staff isn’t polite and don’t seem to care about how they do nails. The man especially (I believe his name is Jay) was inconsiderate about his work and only cared about if I tipped him. He literally starred at me with a angry look as I got up to leave before tipping. Like chill I need a second to get money out.

This was the worst gel manicure I have ever received. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure.
When I first walked in the place was completely empty. I should have turned around right there. First impression.. it’s a mess.. it looks dirty.
The whole time the owner was doing my manicure.. she was rushing. She was not gentle. It was not relaxing in any way shape and form. The hand rub was even worse. Seriously like a rub and tug.
My nail shape is horrible. Half of one nail has a rounded edge and the other a squared edge... and that’s half my hand. She didn’t even clean off the excess nail polish on my finger tips until I asked her. I couldn’t let myself get a pedicure if this is how the manicure went.. not to mention.. is anything sanitized?
When I told her I was no longer interested in the pedicure, she said I should have told her before she drew the water. I told her, I am not happy with the results of my manicure and she told me that was the best she could do. $25.
Definitely keep driving.

Place is gross and workers are rude, Jay especially. Acne nails is right down the street and their better and cheaper. Don’t waste you’re time here
