Long waits, and extremely poor attitude amongst the staff. They will have you waiting for hours with no explanation, and then take customers who arrived after you did. Never another penny of my money will they see.

This was the day before my prom. It was a old man in the front that was being rude. I waited a lil to long for services. An old lady that did my feet and nails did a terrible job. She cut up my feet when she scrub them, the water was cold. There is a musty odor in the back where did my eyebrows (horrible job). My nails were chipping less than a week and the polish she used had a musty smell to it and she polished the skin around my nails and toe. Overpriced and waste of money
