I had loved this place for almost a year. I have always made an appointment to come in because it is very busy. Today they told me I was lately, I came ten minutes early and still was told to wait. Then I was told that I was no longer able to get half the services I made my appointment for. I was upset and called when I left and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there were not any on shift today. About ten minutes later a young lady called me to pretty much just argue with me and tell me it was my fault because I wasn’t on time. (I was early). I offered to show her my emails and appointment reminders. She said no. And continued to argue with me. It only takes one bad customer experience to lose someone for life. Maybe to this place I am not an important customer but I got my nails toes and a wax there once a month and if that isn’t enough then I wish you the best retaining people

A friend and I went for a pedicure... The staff, service and salon were fabulous. We truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend this salon!!

Mika gave me the perfect pedicure. She's a great conversationalist. She made me feel like we were friends. The place itself it pretty neat. They serve drinks and sell really cool Jewelry. It has a very artistic and relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.
