My experience here was not good. I took in 3 dogs to be groomed. In the 10 minutes it took me to fill out paperwork, at least 10 other dogs arrived. Some of these may have been simple grooming tasks. I don’t know. I do know that my dogs were there for 12 hours. 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. When they got home, they each drank about a gallon of water. I’ve been informed that they have water bowls in each kennel so their dehydration may have been caused from stress (being in a foreign place for 12 hours) and not a lack of available water. Either way, this place was way over-booked the day I came. I’ve only gone there one time though so I can’t say whether this is a norm. Furthermore, I brought in a Pekingese. I asked probably 10 times for them to leave the hair around his neck longer than the rest of his body (because he’s a Pekingese and they have abnormally long necks without their “manes”). Instead, they shaved him all over and left his “cheeks” and a little on the underside of his neck long. His head literally looks like it has been transposed upon his body. I gave them pictures of what I did and didn’t want. I got exactly what I didn’t want. Overall, it was just a frustrating situation.

Very disappointed with my experience here a few months ago. I was recommended to go here. When I brought my dog in, it seemed very unorganized. I was greeted with a child who’s first words were “don’t let your dog pee on the ground.” I shook it off and filled out the registration form. I purchased a bath and shed treatment. When I picked my dog up, they walked him out and he looked exteremely distressed. He was breathing heavy, tail not wagging like normal, and he ran straight to me and then to the door. He had more hair coming off of him than when we showed up. I noticed when I got home he was licking his paws. I looked at them to find his nails extremely short. He now won’t let me touch his nails, and if I do try to trim he will growl and bite. He used to never mind having his nails trimmed. I can only speculate, but based off his behavior, I’m certain he was in a great deal of pain during the visit. I will never return here nor recommend anyone to take their pet there. Such a shame.

you need to keep an eye on one of your groomers that I have personally Witnessed abuse the dogs she was grooming. This was at another location where she used to work. I saw her yanking dog's ears extremely hard & yanking out hair when combing them out in clumps. She was only interested in grooming as many dogs per day as she could for the money. She didn't give a hoot about the animals
