Yesterday was my first visit to this nail salon. The place was immaculate, and they were strict about following SCDHEC safety protocols for COVID-19, which was extremely important to me. Customers were required to wear masks at all times, as were staff, and customers were also required to wash their hands upon entry. The salon is nicely decorated, large, and well organized, with the manicure tables on one side of the salon, and the pedicure chairs on the other side divided by a partition. The pricing was reasonable and comparable to other salons I've visited. The staff members, both male and female, were all extremely friendly and professional. A young lady named Ann did both my manicure and pedicure, and I was very pleased with her thoroughness and attention to detail. I also had some contact with Linh, who was very welcoming and professional. I will certainly return again and recommend this salon to my friends.

Overall a good experience since it was my first time going there. My nails turned out great I just think I should have been more specific about how I wanted the design. Other than that no complaints. Also I remember Vincent there. He was great deal with and really makes you feel comfortable.

I love VIP nails. Ms Lynn took her time and was super sweet. I was very satisfied with my nails and they lasted over 3 weeks. The entire salon was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, I’m in healthcare and can’t get my nails done right now but I plan to return in the future for all my nail needs! I cannot wait to come back!

We had such a lovely experience here today. My s-in-law, her 3 girls and I popped in for mani/pedi’s. Everyone was so kind and accommodating! Our nails and toes look beautiful, we are relaxed and smiling! Ty so much for helping to make our Girls Day fun and special!!!

Stop over on my way to NY , was very surprised by their excellent acrylic nail works ! clean, bright and airy salon, and she treats her clients like a true friend. Linh is very detailed oriented with shaping nails evenly, asks what you want, and polishes nails perfectly. I'm thankful for the great service at VIP Nails & Spa, off I go to another Nails salon in NY
