My friend told me she had a bad experience at famous nails. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for a full set/gel. The older tech seemed confident. I explained the nail shape and length and showed her multiple photos. She managed to shape them close to what I asked but one of my thumbs nails was significantly shorter than the rest. When I pointed that out to her she dismissed my concern and said she will even them out. I explained that I didn’t want her to file them down and would appreciate it if she could redo that nail. She instantly became very angry and started speaking loudly in a language I couldn’t understand. The salon was quiet and she continued to speak in her language and passively slam her drawers and angrily move everything in her way. It took everything in me not to leave. I didn’t understand her behavior. I simply asked her to correct her mistake. They were out of the first two colors I wanted. The application of the color I settled for was terrible. After paying 50$ I got home and needed to fix the shape. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Beyond unprofessional. 1 out of 10. Do not recommend.

I go here frequently. Never have to wait. All the girls do an amazing job.

Good value and nice service, although some technicians are definitely better and more experienced than others. Gel manicures I have received have always been excellent. Some techs for pedicures aren't as thorough with the feet softening aspect of the pedi. But there is a great selection of nail colors; tasteful decor, not kitschy; lots of chairs so quick to get started; and they accept credit for payment, which is not the case at all local nail salons. Like many Asian-owned salons, some of the technicians do not speak English very well (if at all, it seems), but they can communicate well enough. There is a sweet woman -- mom of two college-age sons - that I like to have do my nails. She is attuned to my comfort, double-checks color and other things before proceeding, and smiley (some seem very serious). She does excellent work, and I tip her well!

My nail tech was awesome! Mani and Pedi are PERFECT! Salon is very clean, my appointment started exactly on time, and they were fast and professional. Again...perfect. Thanks ladies!

I like that the tools they use are clean and come out of the package in front of you, prices are good and costumer service is great good people working there
