I love Passion nails so much, Amy and her husband have a very clean and lovely salon. The services are top notch as are the nail techs.

The manicure and pedicure was ok but the service was not the best. The person who was doing my nails didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate what I wanted and had to repeat myself for than 5 times to which the girl got upset about. The owner intervened but the manicure was still not done as I requested.
As someone who’s English is their second language I understand how hard it is but if you are paying for a service you expect a good service.

I used to love this place and returned specially while visiting Austin. My manicure here was the worst. Uneven, overly thick application, several bubbles, cracked along the sides where the second layer didn't reach the full width after only two days! My pedi (by a different lady) was not so sloppy. The bathroom was dirty. This place needs a revamp, right now it's not worth it!

Anna the pedicurist was great and nice .
Tina for my shellac nails manicurist , very rude thru out service .
Usually these places have very nice polite ladies , not this woman Tina
