I've been coming to Element salon over the past 2 years and have always had an excellent experience there. Michelle is so knowledgeable about massage therapies and reflexology; she has provided important (and relaxing) therapeutic sessions...and the other services are also wonderful, too. Always very accommodating of those of us who have erratic schedules, nice to know they will do their best to get you on the calendar.
Always a pleasure to be in such a well-maintained and soothing environment with customer service a priority!!

Friendly staff, clean shop, soothing music, felt relaxed and pampered. Prices a little high compared to other shops I have gone too.

They were very rude and snapped at us when we were five minutes late, did not give a proper manicure and did not supply a top coat. Nails were ruined after first day! Horrible customer service. Would not recommend!

My entire bridal party got great mani/pedis here. We scheduled our appointments a little last minute but they were super accommodating and made the experience fun! I would definitely recommend this place.
