Went in to get my toes done for a pedicure and the old lady that worked on them did it very fast. She spoke very little English to none at all. She rushed through the process and while my toes looked very nice initially, by the time I got home they were starting to look very cheap. Paint started chipping off when it shouldn’t. Will not be coming back to this salon. It doesn’t not feel like it was done by a professional.

The nail quality is decent, but the technicians are very rude. There are two of the employees that watch videos loudly and pay more attention to what is on the screen than my nails. The man disregards my attempts to answer him when he asks what I want for my nails, the lady who was working alongside him tried to play down my pain when I asked him to be gentle. I was even told that I was rude for pointing out a mistake.
They do not seem like professionals. Customer service is non existent and will not be coming back to this salon. It is a shame, the owners are very nice.

Took my daughter for her nails told me a price before then charged me extra but she didn’t get anything different from what she has asked for nobody really speaks English so I just paid not coming back.

Emily is the best! She has great attention to detail. My nails were all very well shaped and she was very nice. I recommend the cat eye gel polish. She did a beautiful getting that iradescent look with a magnet.
