If I could give no stars, I would. Very rude, called to see their prices & got hung up on twice along with an attitude when I finally DID get an answer...no thanks. I'll take my money else where considering it sounds like the person answering the phone is miserable. Why are you dealing w the public & a job with customer service if you cant even talk to your customers decent taha....

When I went here, the small chubby asian fellow that wore glasses was quite rude to me. In the middle of my haircut, I saw the boy go down the steps to get a Diet Coke and then said the N Word. I was very astonished, I was then sitting there in awe, then all of a sudden, an asian man kept pulling my hair in the middle of the haircut to cut my hair. After the haircut, I looked into the mirror and saw that the hair was badly cut. I couldn’t believe the customer service there. The worker was very loud and knew zero English, and was too distracted to cut my hair right. While he was cutting my hair, he cut my ear a little bit and it started to bleed. The man didn’t notice so I just covered it up. When I was done with the haircut, I paid and ran out of the store. Please do not go to this store if you need a haircut, Thank You.
