I love going to Jade. My nails always come out so pretty and the Dip manicure really does last 3 weeks. I had one little problem and Jade fixed it with no problem, free of charge. GREAT customer service! I just went back for a dip manicure and shellac pedicure. Whenever I go to OKC, I go to Luscious Nail Salon.

Terrible at scheduling appointments and time management in general. The first time I went my experience was decent and the staff was friendly. They told me if I want to avoid a wait time it’s easier to call in to get an appointment beforehand, so I did just that the next time I went. The manager made my appointment for me and I get there on time for my appointment, only to sit around and wait for 30 minutes. I got a little impatient and asked the manager if it’s better to do a walk-in than an appointment, to which she replied “oh did you have an appointment?” And then confirmed I did and barely apologized for the delay. The person doing my nails then told me to just call him next time so he can just make the appointment, so I did that the next time and HE DOUBLE BOOKED ME and attempted to do my nails and another lady’s nails at the same time, to which I outrageously asked if I should just come back another time? He then started working on my nails with the other lady hovering over me (so relaxing). He didn’t admit until later that he accidentally double booked us. Safe to say I am not going back again. They are terribly unorganized and unapolegetic about it.

Love my nails, they took good care of me very clean very nice place. The atmosphere was calming. The people are amazing. Love the fact they pay attention to detail.
