Honestly I'm shocked to see this place has low reviews. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. My nails last forever and trust me.. I'm not easy on my hands with the work I do. I've never had a bad experience and love the ladies!

This is my first time coming here. They were so nice, and my nails looks great! My great experience is all thanks to Susan, she is awesome. She is detailed, took her time, and was so nice! I will definitely come back here, and specifically request Susan!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
First of all it looks like a dump, totally ghetto. Workers eating at their work station, piles of newspapers and other misc things behind the work stations. Looks very untidy and disorganized. I should have walked out of there, but I was with a friend who was getting a pedicure. Therefore, I sat down to get a manicure. The worker barely soaked my cuticles when she pulled out the cuticle clippers from a drawer (who knows if they were sanitized) threw out the water and started to trim. The water dried on my cuticles and she still proceeded to trim. It felt very uncomfortable as she tugged at my now dry cuticles. The results were coming out horrible. My cuticles were jagged and crooked. I said to the worker that maybe the cuticles weren't moist enough. Her response to me was that my cuticles were just dry. She didn't even push back the cuticles before she started trimming. Another client walked in need of getting her eyebrows waxed. The worker got up and refilled the water bowl to again soak my cuticles. She said nothing to me and walked away to tend to the other clients brow wax. I asked the older lady eating grapes at the station next to me -- where did the lady helping me go?? She said she went to help the other client, and that another worker can finish mani for me. OH NO SHE WON'T-- at that point I said I didn't want to proceed with the mani. They tried to change my mind offering other workers to do it. I refused. I looked over to my friend getting her pedi and was grossed out not to see a plastic bag in the basin she was soaking her feet in.
Eeew.

Called 4 times and the man keeps hanging up on me. Ifk how they make any money.

DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! They are rude my nails are awful and not sanitary. They are also tax dodging. Do not give them your money go somewhere else.
