I've been going to Lovely Nails for a while now and I have sent many of my friends here to get there nails done as they do a great job at a great price with really friendly staff that are extremely experienced in their work.

I made an appointment to get my nails done, I get there and they made me wait for 45mins past my schedule time. Ridiculous. Ifor I was just walying in that would be ano there story, but I made an appointment. Really, what wrong with you guys. DON'T EVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. Your better off just walking in.

I would like to give this nail salon a higher rating, however, AFTER I get my no chip manicure I pull out my credit card to pay and the owner tells me there is an additional charge of $5.00 for removing my nail polish because they didn't put it on. Now mind you, there are price lists and posters on the walls and no where does it say there is an additional charge to remove nail polish that Lovely Nails did not apply, not so Lovely after all. They just lost a returning customer that tips well. There are a LOT of nails salons in the area within a 10 minute radius, I would recommend going to one that is not going to ask for hidden charges after providing services. I wonder what other hidden charges they might have, beware!!!!

I have tried out all of the nail salons in Mundelein but I have always had exceptional service and a great manicure and pedicure or from lovely nails. Everyone there is very kind and does a wonderful job.
