It was a wonderful experience! My nail tech duke was wonderful, he was very understanding with my nerves. And the nails are 100% worth the cost. And the people that work there are very kind and professional. In my opinion they have the best service.

My tech was very professional, quiet, detail oriented and very thorough. This was my first time, but I will definitely come back. The best I've been to in Kingwood so far. Updated now a few months later and this place has become horrible. Very slow service, workers who do what they want and not what you ask. I have spent hundreds of dollars here, but not anymore. Please do yourself a favor and don't let one good visit fool you like I did.

I went in, showed her what I wanted….photo for reference. First they were saying I had “too much sun” for my skin tone. She charged me $70 for this set. 1:it’s not like the picture

I didn’t say anything then because I was in a rush but I’m definitely going back to talk to the manger.
4:they told me the $27 pedicure was a “kids”so I went for the 40 was nothing special.I’m very disappointed
Update:they gave me $11 dollars back. I will not be returning

I’ve been here 3 times. Haven’t had any complaints about my pedicures but I tried them for the first time for a acrylic refill and by the time I got home 3 nails has lifted. I immediately called because by then I was headed to work. The person on the phone asked me to send pics of my nails (like I was lying) and that I can come in tomorrow and let the manager inspect them. Not fix them, “INSPECT” them! After paying over $100 I should never be getting the 3rd degree about a job poorly done!

Emily did AMAZING on my nails. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I asked for. & she was so so sweet which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend her!!!
