Reasonable price. But I'm here all day today June 23 after speaking with a rep week ago that said he set the delivery day for today and total $. For them to be a no show. So far not good communication and not reliable. Hope someone calls me back to fix the issue. Will up date.
Okay update. They have me back my delivery. Apologies for the no show and explain what happened. So I'm giving them 4. Still have to do my backyard. The gentleman was very polite and apologetic. Going to use them when we start our backyard. Be back to let you know how that goes. ;o)

So i pump concrete and i deal with tgis compannmy daily, as i have for over a year now and theyre THE latest most behind schedule company that sells concrete, ready mix or otherwise. Their mud is good it usually pumps good, its usually nice a creamy and fairly workable, the colors are a fair price but theyre not very good, i think Hanford uses the same brand color as all the other places bit it always seems like hanford mud is streaky. Their trucks are okay, ive seen a few brake down and ive had drivers spill a few times but ive had drivers from all companies overfill my hopper, it happens. Ive only seen a hanford truck break down though. Theyre dispatch operators are nice but i cant stand the lies. Ill call hanford at 10:30 and tell them my mud is 30 minuets late what the hell most everyone here gets paid hourly youre spiking uo labour costs for the contractor and running down his profit margins and theyll tell me theyre sorry and that theyre a lil behind but theyll say the truck just left the yard its on its way or its loading up right now its about leave, and then an 30 minuets to an hour later ill call back and get one of the other dospatchers and theyll tell me the same thing. Theyll say the trucks on its way and we will be like 20 minuets from their plant and then the truck will show up like 90 minuets later. Just to clarify, Hanford usually makes it on time for first round pours, 6, 7 o clock, but second round, 9 to noon/1pm, garenteed late. A lot of concrete crews call this company Scamford because of how theyre always late and lying about it. Ive met the comoany President, Mr. Preston as well and im not impressed. Hes an okay guy but i do not see a leader in him i do not get the sense that hes a competent concrete and or business man, ive heard he inherited the business from his in laws, not sure if thats at all true or not but i wouldnt recommend hanford if youre not a complete professional, because Hanford wont pick up your slack, they wont be able to reliably give you professional advice and expertise unlike other Sacramento based concrete companies. I give them an very low score for how bad they hurt my business and the contractors profits with theyre constant tardiness anytime after morning time. I second that score because theyre truck have issues and that really messes job sites uo when they break down or spill. I gave them 2 stars out of 5 because theyre mud is decent its workable and pumps well and because theyre not over priced but theyre not cheap either.

This company is terrible there are unprofessional and a non-skilled. The driver was weak and damaged my property driving over my septic tanks. The CEO refuse to do anything about it. Do not hire this company you’re going to pay a lot more later in damages.

Great job done by these guys! Very efficient and at a good price. I will definitely use them again.
