Very friendly staff at the counter who greeted us. Our order was ready at the time we had requested and was hot and accurate. Everyone working was on task and for a Friday evening when I’m sure orders get busy, everything looked to be running efficiently. The store appeared clean and well organized (just like last time we visited, which is why we selected this location to patronize again :)

I never had a problem ordering from here except for at the end of Oct 2021. I got a credit for another pizza. What wasn’t told me me was the credit expires after 60 days. Ok, I understand because I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. They took my order and I went to go pick it up. I was told yet again about the 60 day rule. I completely understand but it made me feel like I’m stupid or I was trying to take advantage of them. So everyone, be aware now that credits last 60 days. I was never informed and it’s “my fault” so they will tell you multiple times.

My pizza order was ready on time, delivered on time and was made correctly...My only suggestion would be the crust could have been a little more brown...

Fulfill each order as placed regardless of whether or not a tip was provided. On two separate occasions my order was not completed as placed. On both occasions there was no tip added to the total order. Both occasions were payment system issues and not a direct action from me. ALL of my other orders that included a tip were fulfilled as placed. I do not believe that these occurrences are a coincidence.
