Great place for pet supplies & just about everything concerning the pet world. I love that I can take my dog in with me. They even have an emergency room for pets! Awesome!! The employees are friendly & helpful. Loved it!

Well.... Unfortunately this is not one of my better experiences. My groomer asked, is this the correct phone number. Yes, I replied! I will give you a call when your baby is ready, she said! I called around 7:45 pm just to learn that my groomer left at 3:00 pm.....🤔🤨😡🤬

We went in to buy dog food and walked out with a breaded dragon. Zak was AMAZING and very informative. He was patient and answered every question we had. By far the best PetSmart my family and I ever been to. We went 30 minutes to closing and we weren’t rushed or anything. I’ll definitely be back to buy anything my pets need from the North Arlington Location.

It was very busy, one HUGE Rottweiler was there on a leash, yes, but he indicated he wanted to rumble with my sweet Charley. We stayed our distance but then Charley thinks he is big and bad and a stud too. I got my Blue Buffalo Grain Free food for Chai Anne and left. By the way, Blue Buffalo...great stuff!

No matter the location of PetSmart I find near me, the employees from the newest to the Senior Management members, are always friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful. The areas are extremely well organized and stocked (I rarely see a completely empty space or shelf). The quality as well as variety of items offered for any and all pets is outstanding and few companies can match it. There has never been a time where I found the store dirty, disorganized, or unpleasant in any way.
No matter what type of pet you have, I highly and unequivocally, recommend PetSmart for the lifetime needs of your pet. From training to nutrition to excercise and fun, for me PetSmart will remain my choice #1.
