The equipment for nails is really old and dirty looking
They never have nail techs for very long. No one even does pedicures. Somethings odd here. All other nail salons are very busy and glad to work more hours.
They don't have many people working here : maybe 2 at most. How do they survive?
The staff is very rude
I wonder if they hate their jobs?
They don't look up when clients come in
Me and my friends were not greeted
They don’t was their hands between clients
The woman on the right as you come inside is super cold and rude
She snaps at people and looks mean and nasty
She shouldn't be working with people at all
Wow , they repel business totally

Can you give no stars? I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and have yet been able to get an appointment...I called for a pedicure and was told 3 weeks...seriously? I was also told they are booked every hour, of every day...huh?Is this a front for something? It is beyond ridiculous to get an appointment. I am giving the gift certificate back to my niece, i dont want to deal with this insanity.

Highly priced for the quality provided. The work stations are dirty. They don't clean in between clients. I sat at 2 different tables during my appointment, both extremely dirty.

TERRIBLE ! I am extremely displeased with the work done at this nail salon. I decided to get an acrylic set with a regular polish color.
1. The paint job was sloppy
2. Air bubbles started to appear days after I got them done (see photo)
3. I was charged $30 for the service
That may not seem like a lot to pay but I am from Philly and there I am use to paying about $20-25 which will also include a hand massage and a hot towel. This salon didn't offer either of these things and the overall job was poor at best. Honestly I'd like my money back. Needless to say, I will never give them my business again.

Ive been getting my nails done here for 3 years. They do a great job. You will need an appointment.
