I was treated like royalty. It was relaxing and they really took time on me. Also they are only happy if you are 100% happy!! I am a mom of three so quality time away is priceless. I feel spoiled.

I moved close by in September, I tried a few other places and then tried Pro Nails, and now I will never go anywhere else! First off, all of the employees are very nice and you can tell they are all friends and enjoy each others company. At first they were pretty quiet towards me but great customer service, but after a few times of me coming there we now all talk the entire time with each other and other people getting their nails done do as well, its really great! Everything is very clean, they have amazing color options, but the one thing they are really great at is their Acrylic nails! It's hard to find people that know current trends, listen to what you want, and are also really good at it! I have had several different staff members do my fills and every single one of them did exactly what I wanted and they look amazing every time. The only thing I will say is that when I first started going there, I could always just walk in and be seen pretty quickly, but I think people have discovered how great this place is so now I always make an appointment before hand, which I'm happy to do because they deserve the business!

I have been going to Pro Nails for well over two years. In all that time never once have I had a broken nail, and I work in construction and I'm very hard on my hands and nails. When I call they always have time to get me in on my schedule. It's always clean and all the staff is very friendly.

I have gone to the salon for three years to Laura. I have always enjoyed her service. The salon recently changed ownership. Monica and Amy no longer own it. I went in on a Saturday as usual to see Laura and realized she was not there. I asked the new owners where she was. I was told she was sick or on vacation it was unclear. Luckily I found Laura and she has moved on to a new salon so I have followed her there. Laura now works at Pamper Spa and Nails across the street from Fred Meyer on Bothell Everett highway (in the same parking lot as Walgreens and some Samburna Indian restaurant. I find local business important so I had to support the technician that has giving me the great service over the three years, not necessarily the owners in this situation. If you too have wondered where Laura went— she is not on vacation and she’s perfectly happy and healthy —-she’s just a mile down the road at pamper spa and nails. So glad we reconnected.
