This place exceeded my expectation of any nail place! I have been here for 3 years and have tried many salons in the past, until finding this one. They were so nice and made this experience awesome! My nails turned out amazing and the prices were in the normal range. My acrylic nails lasted 3 weeks and I just got a fill and still very pleased. Thank you Pronails for being awesome!!

I absolutely love this place! I recommend anyone take out here exclamation like they are extremely friendly and do an amazing job!!!

We sat in spa seats for 2 1/2 hours before anyone even started to help us then they didn’t even offer to give a discount or anything!

First time I went there I had a young guy who was amazing! He did a wonderful job on my nails and was so nice. Which made me switch nail places and come back... unfortunately he wasn't there the second time. I got a rude older lady who took forever and didn't even do a decent job on my nails. I had to have her redo them, because she barley gave me a French tip and the lines were crooked. She charged me 36 dollars for her to paint my own nails with gel and a half ass manicure. The previous time it was 21 dollars just to have the gel done. Not sure how a manicure cost an extra 15 dollars, she completely overcharged me. When I spoke up about it they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I WILL NOT RETURN!

Rude and terrible customer service. I walked in at 1:00pm for a pedi. I waited an hour for service before being told to sit in the spa seat. As I was waiting numerous people walked in and were being taken care of. So I waited longer and 45 minutes pass and by this time it’s 2:45 and the lady took SOMEONE ELSE ahead of me. At that point I was fed up and just walked out. Overall, the service was terrible and I’ll never return!
