In response to this person that call themselves an owner of a business:
I made an appointment and waited over 10 minutes. An appointment means you were expecting me. I don’t know who you think you are having your customers wait but you have the wrong one. You deserve NO STARS.
Have some professionalism, you look stupid when you talk back to the consumer and know exactly what I am talking about. You clearly have plenty of time to type up a response to me when you could have wrapped my nails; you’re just lazy and sit in the front and do nothing. :)
THIS SALON IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY RAN. Just another useless nail salon in Boynton.

I am very sad to leave a review but I had pondered doing this for a few weeks. I was a loyal customer for 3 years and went in one day ( which I guess was a bad day for the owner), she started screaming at me telling me I “treated her like a slave”, which I don’t understand because they set their prices and time brackets. ( this is not on customers) anyone who knows me personally knows this is very far from the person I am. I found it very hurtful and tried to speak to her asking her where this is coming from, she just went on ranting ,belittled me for 15 minutes. I left and was crying in my car for 30 minutes. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers. I would not recommend this place due to this event .
If the place is going to comment back and tell me I was wrong, please don’t. You guys know what occurred that day. Learn from the situation and move on. You all personally know me and burned a very good bridge ...

I’ve went 2 time the first time I went the service was wonderful but the second time it was not I was yelled at multiple times for putting my hands on my lap .
