When they first opened, this was my favorite place to go for my nails. Then all of a sudden I'm in the middle of a fight between staff shouting at each other in what I think is Vietnamese. Now mind you.. When the other customers were there nothing, the min they left the shouting starts. I don't understand what has happened or what's going on but I haven't been back. I drive to st. Louis to get my nails done from now on. It's worth the trip to have a beautiful experience with people who have good customer service and are friendly to All the people.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Going to get your nails done should be a good experience, kinda of a getaway for busy moms like me but I never leave this place satisfied. I will never visit again. Also not that clean.

Horrible service! The older lady cut my fingers because she got mad at a DIFFERENT customer and took it out on MY fingers! It's the first and last time I will go there ever! If I could give a zero rating I would!

Survive quality seams to depend on the day you go I have had good and a couple times the person was rough with my hands don't think I will go back
