Michael is fantastic! For cut or color, Michael knows exactly what he is doing and really takes the time to make sure you're in love with your hair when you leave the salon. I highly recommend him. This is the first place I've lived where I have found a single stylist that I will be a repeat customer for years to come!

I'm not certain what happened in the beginning as I walked in the front door, but the young lady who I found out is named Quyce, who is also a manager was rude from the start! She stands behind the front desk assistant cutting her eyes at me and frowning, while giggling with a friend or customer. I was inquiring about a foot massage (reflexology), and while I'm speaking to the assistant, Quyce, cuts in just to give me round about information about something I didn't even ask regarding time frame of the massage, as if to get me to leave, the entire time she is frowning at me and talking to me as if we know one another or I did something to her personally. I had to raise my voice a little and snap her out of whatever negative place she was in , than she starts to behave like a manager , and gives the information I requested to set an appointment with another therapist. I decided to stay and wait to see if my bad experience would change, and it did . I got a foot massage by Maryanne and she was very good, I am also glad that Quyce did not work on me, I don't like bad energy . I am just concerned that if I can walk in a door and the "manager" has an attitude with me before I open my mouth , that is concerning. I am a paying customer as anyone else, and if I had walked out because she really wasn't trying to help me, than how many more potential customers has she done this to, simply because she is misjudging them and not seeing them as customers ? I am also shocked that the front desk assistant apologized on behalf of Quyce when I asked for the owner before I left, that's backwards maybe she should be manager?

My son had a wonderful haircut by Britney. My daughter had another stylist. I was very unhappy with the cut.
