Hair Formations did an amazing job juggling my 8 bridesmaids and myself for our November wedding. Joanne and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and very helpful with setting up all of the appointments and handling any last minute changes we made. From mani/pedis to brow waxes, hair and makeup, the salon did it all for us, and they did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional and all of my bridesmaids raved about how nice the salon was, especially the private pedicure rooms. The salon did a great job of making us all feel relaxed and beautiful in the middle of our busy wedding schedule.

I have always been satisfied with all the services at Hair Formations Salon and Spa. I leave feeling pampered and like a brand new person. Great atmosphere and people too!

Wish I could give zero stars. This was my first outting four days after my daughter was born and my mom wanted to pamper me. So my mother and I made appointments one after another. When we arrived the woman who was doing my mother's hair was EXTREMELY rude. She was rushing her when she was explaining what she wanted (shoulder length bob with layers, didn't realize that was rocket science) and so she asked me to help explain it and the lady gave me multiple glares and made several rude comments ("And are you a hair stylist?" Was one of her comments to me) In the end she didn't do what my mom wanted and requested that she fixed it and so the sylist made my mother go wait mid-haircut so she could finish someone else's hair? I have never been treated this way at a salon, let alone such a small town place. My mother even felt the tension and tried to make small talk with the woman and she practically ignored her. I'm embarrassed for this business. I wouldn't let her touch my hair after my mom was "finished" and we left. I wish this woman was wearing a name tag but unfortunately she wasn't.

Just went in to get an idea on pricing and to ask a few questions and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, stuck up, and clearly didnt know what she was talking about. I have been here in the past and had no problem with the girl that did my hair. However, after talking with the woman at the desk I will not be returning to this place. Incredibly unprofessional, it's embarrassing.

My bridal party and myself had our hair done here for my wedding. Everyone was super friendly, we were out of the salon at the time they said we would be, and everyone's hair looked great! Highly recommend
