I visit this salon most often because the people are so friendly, I had an experience on Friday June 28th. My husband and I received 2 pedicures, we were charged for a service we didn’t get. The charges came through on my bank the following Monday, 2 separate transactions and I only approved one. I called hoping management would be understanding and she was not, I never received a phone call back, I had to be the one to follow up with her salon to see why this happened. I was the one to blame and I was the one who needed to call my bank to dispute the additional charges. Not once did she apologize to me, I am the one who is out funds. Very unprofessional service and sad to say I will not be returning, this is the second time this has happened. Kinda interesting to me.

My fiancé and I came here to get mani pedis done for the both of us. (We had an appointment) They ended up only giving him a pedicure, even though we asked for both when making the appointment. They did a full set on my hands, however other places I’ve been to where I wanted a manicure, they actually provided more than what this place did. They didn’t treat my natural nails, cuticles, or anything. No hand massage. My nails turned out alright, however the ends aren’t straight, and some of them have air bubbles in them. I am unsure what exactly they charged for but it ended up totaling to about $30 more than what we calculated. We ended up leaving confused but oh well. It was needed for engagement photo shoot.
