2017/2018 I've come here with my mom at least 5 times for pedicures and they always do a great job. The shop is modest but always clean and the technicians know what they're doing. Our feet always look fabulous at the end. Have definitely recommended this place to friends in the area.

Most of the nail technicians are amazing, but. A couple are not very good at all. I guess you have to know who to request. When you get one who is amazing, the mani will last a long time!

Only giving one star to actually write a review. I've never experienced someone so rude to me ever. I had a few broken nails coming in today (Tuesday April 11,2017). She fixed them for me. I asked if she can shape them a little more narrow for me, and out of no where she had the biggest attitude with me. She rushed through getting my nails done because she wanted to service other clients. Started yelling at me telling me it took an hour to fix my nails and she wasn't willing to do what i asked. I just felt really unwelcomed and rushed out of the salon. That is the first time I've ever experienced getting yelled at and not getting what I wanted. If your a client who has high standards for customer service, I would definitely not recommend this salon.

I came here at the beginning of the summer for a fresh mani-pedi to prepare me for my vacation in Florida. I got the dip powder, which was recommended by my best friend. I had no idea how the process worked, and so I never questioned the girl who was doing my nails. She skipped 3-4 steps (Found this out after I got them re-done) and the nails came out looking HORRIBLE. I went on my vacation in Florida the next day, and three days later the nails chipped and turned yellow. I called the salon, to which they claimed that "sunscreen turns the nails yellow, and we're not responsible". So I told them about the chipped nail, and the manager (or owner I really don't know) rudely told me "fine you can come in and we will fix it". I came back in after my vacation, and she claimed that it's been too long and that she refuses to fix any of it for me. We got into a full blown argument, and I convinced her to re-do my full manicure for a discounted price, so I was still going to pay her even though they messed it up in the first place. As a new girl was doing my nails, the owner and various other workers started talking in vietnamese and pointing at me, obviously talking about me in another language and most likely trash-talking. This place is the definition of how you should NEVER treat customers. To everyone looking to try this salon out, I highly recommend AGAINST it. Don't waste your money, take it somewhere else where they treat you with respect.
