I had never been to CB before. I was immediately welcomed with "hellos" and smiles. They instantly sat me down, offered me drinks, and began asking exactly what I wanted. They were patient while I decided on colors for my acrylic full set and Melinda did an INCREDIBLE job for me. She made sure to always double check on length and shape throughout the process and it was clear that she is skilled, attentive to detail and cares about making her clients happy. I have already made an appointment tomorrow for pedicures and as soon as I need a fill in I will be back asking for Melinda.

This review is definitely overdue for me. I love this place so much!! Everyone who works here is so kind and professional. I usually get mine done by Alan and Linh, and they are absolute sweethearts and AMAZING at what they do. I have been here several times since late last year, and now I don't go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are perfectly done every single time; length, shape, thickness, design/color request. The cost is slightly pricey but well worth it. And in my opinion if the cost of upkeep is too expensive for you, you might want to rethink your financial priorities. I have attached a couple shots of what I got the other day and they are the prettiest nails ever!!! Couldn't be happier. The shop also has really relaxing and classy music, and everything is very clean. If you haven't been here before, please consider & you def won't be disappointed! :)

This shop is great! I can go in here with any picture and Linh can make it happen. She is simply the best and her husband is so polite and a great host and tech! Go here!!!!

(TL;DR: Nails turned out nice, but my tech was very rude and condescending so I won’t be coming back.)
I was really confused by my experience here and overall feel pretty torn about it. One one hand, my dip nails turned out great. On the other hand, I have never been treated this poorly at any nail salon and have never seen unprofessionalism like this. I made an appointment with a certain tech I was recommended, and specifically modified my schedule to come on a day she was working. When I came in, no one greeted me or said anything to me for a solid two minutes. Once a tech finally approached me, I told her who my appointment was with and she showed me where to sit. A man came up and tried to start doing my nails, so I informed him I had an appointment with a different employee. He gave me one of those “oh pish posh” hand gestures and continued working. I was so confused and speechless I let him keep working. He suggested I do acrylic, when my appointment was specifically made for SNS and I did not indicate any uncertainty in my choice. I said no thanks, and he not only persisted, but ONLY when i gave my fourth (and my firmest) No, HE LAUGHED AT ME AS IF I WAS STUPID AND FROM THEN ON SPOKE TO ME WITH SUCH A SMUG AND GLIB TONE. Like, don’t criticize your customers for their choices? When someone comes in wanting a weird color, for example, you don’t laugh at them for their choice? AT LEAST NOT TO THEIR FACE? He was very condescending the whole time. Meanwhile, the woman I was SUPPOSED to have the appointment with was walking around barefoot talking on the phone and enjoying the massage chairs. Don’t worry I am just as confused as you are. I also told the man I wanted an actual manicure, with cuticles cut, shaped, etc. Obviously the man dismissed this. I’m giving this experience 3 stars because my nails turned out even, thin, and were overall well done. The manager was also very nice as well and floated around the room to make sure his employees and customers were doing well. The nail tech who initially greeted me (she was younger, dark hair, black glasses) also seemed to do a great job on another customer’s nails and was really personable so she deserves a special shout-out. However, I would not go back simply because I don’t really enjoy paying someone while being spoken down to.

This was my first time getting fake nails and it was the best experience I have had. The staff where very nice. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The prices are normal not to high.
