Small quaint area with okay ventilation. Greeting was warm, service was okay. Most nail techs tend to cut and scrap before inspecting client's feet. This place fell into the category. Tried to give directions and tech didn't speak English well so there was a lot lost in translation. She does polish well so that's always a plus.
I also removed gel polish from my hands. She did an excellent job at this
Not sure why she placed a pillow on my lap because she did not use it. After a while removed the pillow because it was hot. She seemed a little disappointed because I did not want to do anything else with my nails. Very pricey. Not sure if I would attend again.

Update: from 2 to 4 stars. Although my 1st experience was not that great. I went in almost a week later and they offered to fix my nails without charging me. This time service was quick, tech was fully skilled & extremely detailed.

I got a pedicure and a manicure, asked for the deluxe version of both, I got it for the pedicure but not the manicure! The gentleman that did both did a decent job on the pedi but cut me short on the manicure. All I got for the mani was my nails filed and my cuticle cleaned up. No parrifan wax treatment. I didn't want nail polish but that doesn't mean want that I didn't want the rest of the treatments on the deluxe. He didn't even buff my nails, I had to do that at home! This place has really gone down hill, won't go back! I was also charged for the deluxe manicure!

Went in today to simply remove nail polish. I was clear that I was on a time limit and only needed the polish removed. Instead of focusing on my nails the tech was too concerned in talking so much that it took twice the amount of time it should have.

I come here when I meet friends in the Woodlands. I always receive good treatment here and enjoy a relaxing experience. I choose the 35.00 spa pedicure that comes with the hot stone massage and it is worth every penny. The most important thing to me about this place is that their pedicures LAST for at least 2 weeks.
