Came in to get a fill and they were very welcoming and helpful. I did my nails at another nail shop and they did a horrible job but came here and Mimi assisted me and she made them look awesome. I can definitely recommend this place and for surely I will be going back to Mimi.

If I could I would give this place a zero, I would! I came in here today to get a mani pedi and when I got to the seat, I noticed that the nail utensils were DIRTY and covered in GUNK! So I asked the woman "Are these the utensils that you're going to be using on my nails" 👀 and she says "Yes, so I'm like "Well they're dirty" and she's telling me that they put the put them in a machine. So I told her again. "Okay but they're dirty, you don't see all this stuff on them. So with and attitude she takes one of the utensils and pours alcohol over it over the bowl where I'm supposed to put my hands in for my manicure. So I tell her, so am I suppose to put my hands in that now that it's contaminated? So she takes it away(once again with an attitude) to go dump it out, only to refill it in the SAME DAMN BOWL😧 So I decided to just leave because obviously there's a lot of CROSS-CONTAMINATION going on. And it's really easy to get a FUNGUS and INFECTION at nail salons, to the prevent that from happening. As I'm leaving a woman comes over and I'm explaining to her what's going on and she's basically making it clear to me that she doesn't care and telling me that I can leave.😡Then she starts talking to them in Chinese and having a funky ass ATTITUDE. So I'm like, "So you really getting an attitude with me because I don't want contaminated utensils being used on my hands???" And the whole time, the owner is there unbeknownst to me just listening all this time and ain't saying s***!😨 So I turned to her and said, "So you're the owner? And basically everything else to her that she had already heard." And it didn't matter. So everyone there, owner included is NASTY as hell and I'm glad that I observed what I did because I probably would have left with an infection which possibly could have caused my hands and feet to fall off later on!😒
