I wanted to make this my go-to place out of location convenience and salon appearance; however, the quality of their services are extremely poor and prices are way too high for such quality. I have even tried to request the manager to work on my nails and still the quality of how the nails came out and especially the customer service were both very poor! Very disappointing.

Awful. This is my 2nd time here. I expected it to be better than the 1st and it wasn’t. They work like they are in a rush. I got a pedicure and SNS in 45 min. Terrible SNS job! Their prices are way too high for the quality. I’m sooo disappointed.

Everyone is super nice. Chair massage was great. Pedicure was good, loved all the options. Manicure could be better, need to be specific if you want something fixed.

I needed a basic manicure and pedicure with no polish. I was done with both in 10 minutes! Seriously! My feet barely touched the water. All calluses looked the same after as before, but like I said there wasn’t any soaking and jets never turned on. Manicure was the same story. I wish I could post a picture. Now my girlfriend( who paid over $100) is still having her feet done as I wait forever and I have had mani/pedi both. Wth! I’m pissed. Because I asked for a basic service without the frills I was treated as extremely unimportant. My girlfriend that was with me was embarrassed that I was waiting so long for her. Either get the $100 mani/pedi or don't go.

This has been my new spa home since summer 2016. Always clean, friendly, tranquil and they give me hot tea or cold water (my choice) without asking. I don't know what experience others have had, but I go every month and they don't pressure, ask, or squint for a tip. If paying by credit card, they ask "how much tip"... to apply to the credit card, but what's the problem if you liked the service? I believe the command of English is limited for some of them, so it may have been misinterpreted. This is a fabulous place and they're always introducing new, improved products. I drive from Hamden and make a day of nails, waxing and massage. Never a bad day here!
