I made an appointment for 11am. Was put in a chair with the foot soak and then proceeded to wait for a half hour. There were still 2 people there ahead of me! I just left. I don't have that kind of time. There was only one woman working. Another one was sitting on her computer, ignoring customers. If you are understaffed, ok, that happens. But then don't make an appointment! I'll never go back.
The nail place by Walgreens is much better.

Super luxurious service! I admit that we had to wait a bit even though we had an appointment, but there were 5 of us, all there to receive the Deluxe pedicure, so it was bound to take some time. And DELUXE it was! From the super comfy massaging chair, to the sugar scrub, wax dip, and hot stone massage, it was amazing, the best pampering experience of my life so far, highly recommended!!! YOU DESERVE A DELUXE PEDICURE FROM CITY NAILS & SPA! Go get one now!

I love this place....Christine is amazing and really takes care of you making sure everything is perfect before letting you go. And the staff is so friendly.

Do not recommend! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they came out completely different..lumpy, mismatched nail length & crooked design. They don't seem to keep up with what is currently trending. Very upset that I paid a lot of money for poor quality work.
