I've been going here for years. I've never had any issues what so ever. Love it here. Staff are always asking about my family and how work is going. Prices are great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give a review with less than 0 stars I would. Staff was very rude and unfriendly. I could not understand anything my nail artist was saying for he was speaking broken English, mumbling and had a mask on. When I asked him to repeat what he was saying he would often get mad at me and give me a very snippy attitude. I was asking a lot of questions about the process of the acrylics as he was putting them on, as this was my first time having acrylics and I was curious. He would not answer any of them clearly at all. Very demanding, grabbed my hands roughly when I didn't position them in the exact way he wanted me too. Although I'm no expert on how acrylic nails should be done, the process seemed very rushed and rough, my nails were very sore afterwards. I ended up with small hairs in the polish of 2 of my nails and a large smudge down the side of 1. When I asked him to redo it, he got upset with me even though he's the one who messed it up. Charged a whole entire $5 extra just to shape the nails a little bit and another $3 just for matte top coat. What started as a $30 full set turned into $48. I ended up with a pretty nice looking set of nails aside from the few inevitable tiny little nicks or smudges. However, within a few days they were cracked, polish coming off and already appeared grown out as though I'd had them on for weeks. On top of all of this, the salon was extremely dirty, cramped and felt haphazardly thrown together. I WILL NOT be returning to Luxury Nails on East Broad Street and if I were you, I'd take my money down to CK Nails who's full sets also start at $30.

The guy that did my pedicure was extremely rude. I will not be coming back.

Good people. EDIT I don't know why people are saying the staff is rude. Personally, all of them have been nothing but sweet to me. I've been going for several years now. When my mother became seriously ill, they always asked about her. When she was up to going out and about with me , we'd sometimes go there, and they would GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help her and make it easy on her. When she passed away about 4 months ago and the staff found out, they were sad and sympathetic. Maybe remember that the staff are indeed humans and deserve to be treated with respect just like we the customer expect to be. I understand that nails are expensive, and we pay for these services with our money - try not being snotty and snobby and stuck up. They are providing a service that is completely optional. There are rules and policy that they need to follow, so when you don't get your way, don't throw a fit. They are a chain in a company. Put your big person pants on and stop piddeling yourself. The picture below shows my nails more than 2 months without a balance.

I will not be back to this nail shop...I put up with them for at least 6mpnths b/c they were in a convenient location for me but I continually had to ignore unfriendly behavior, aggressiveness and rushing through the process. Me asking them to redo or fix while I’m there. This last time I thought they would extent customer service to me b/c I was there the day before and my nail broke the very next day. Had them redo it and this is what I got...an uneven, nail in all ways that could be imagined and a snarky attitude when asked to fix. But she filed them so narrow that there was nothing she could do. I was so emotionally drained all I could do was leave. I AM DONE. I know they may not care about me not coming to them again, but I do b/c I’m so big on customer service and how we treat one another when giving and receiving a service.
