I love The manager Paris. He is a lovely person. If you want consistently good experiences at salons you have to become a regular and find a technician who knows you, what you want, and how you like to be treated. Personally, Mai is my favorite here but, I have used other girls in pinches and most of them do a really good job. They have a great eye lash service by the way. Beth

The manager was next to me directing several times the staff who was doing my nails. I am a regular client, and had good manicures and pedicures in the past. Perhaps, manager was upset when I asked to use the bathroom while not been at an appointment earlier this week. He did not let me use the bathroom. The staff seemed intimidated and started doing my manicure at the pedicure chair even if the salon was not busy and several tables were available. It seems like the manager was telling the staff to do a bad job.

Went to this nail salon and they took me right away but ten minutes in to my service, a regular customer came in and they rushed through my nails so they could squeeze her in. They were trying to get me out. They were fairly rude and charged more than the other nail salons in the mall. I would not go back here.

I’m surprised this place has such a low rating. I almost didn’t go because of it, but a trusted friend told me they had a good experience so I gave it a shot. I don’t get my nails done a lot (my last time was one year ago), but honestly this was one of the best places I’ve been to. It is big and they seem to have plenty of employees, so there was no wait (walk in, no appointment). I know cleanliness is a big concern for places like this, and I saw no issues. They accept credit card payments and actually allow you to put a tip on the card (I’ve been to a couple places that insist a tip be in cash form). I got the deluxe pedicure, and they allowed me to sit in the chair while my nails dried instead of sending me to a “drying station”—that was a nice perk. I do wish my technician had done a little more with trimming nails/cuticles, but that could vary depending on the employee you get. Overall, it was a nice experience for what I consider an average price ($43 for deluxe ped). Would definitely go back.

This place was awful! First, I specifically asked for my artificial nails to be soaked off and a new full set applied. The nail tech insisted on clipping my artificial nails off with something similar to a nail clipper, which she was using so insensitively that she clipped the middle part of my pinky nail off down to the skin causing it to bleed. Then before putting on the acrylic, she didn't bother to clip my real nails evenly, but instead left them jagged. I also asked for coffin shaped nails and only like 2 of them were actually coffin shape. Within 10 days of getting a full set from this salon, 4 of my nails cracked in half, which never happens to me. Worst experience ever at a nail salon! I will never go back.
