The staff - Friendly and very helpful
The environment - nice and clean
Location - Great location between Sparks and Reno.
Service - Extremely helpful and they are always good at recommendations to satisfy your needs.
Definitely will always shop here for a good pair of 5.11 pants and tactical utilities.

Went there after visiting work world needing forest green pants for a state job that started in 2 days. Not only was the staff very helpful, but they also got me everything I needed and did the alteration on my pants while I tried on boots. I love this place and they took down my measurements so the next 7 i need pants I can just order them over the phone and pick it up a few days later. If you are a petite women and need a state uniform this is the only place to go! Will definitely be coming back!

They have been great with supplying my uniform needs. Have a seamstress on site who and always gets it done.
