I never ever leave reviews nor do I leave poor reviews.
I could have done my nails better than them. I wouldn’t say anything and still tipped them $10 on $40. It’s too bad because I’ve been too tired to do my nails and now I have to redo them :(
They were nice though.

They’re so rude and unprofessional, they put you on hold when you call them and they send you back in a very rude way when you go in without appointments. I don’t recommend them at all. Go to briarwood mall, they’re a bit more expensive but you would get the treatment you deserve and they’re way cleaner!!

Made about my self esteem drop to a -100. Told me how "beautiful" I was but then continued to tell me how thin my brows were and did a TERRIBLE job on my brows and they are all messed up now. There are parts missing, they are more uneven then they were when I came in, all in all terrible experience. She also was training her daughter and was claiming that when I go back her daughter will take care of me and do a great job on my brows." Oh and she also came me a dirty look and said "where do you get your haircut from? Fantastic sams or great clips I'm guessing?" Basically insulting fantastic sams and great clips. They were rude, you can tell all they want is money. Now my eyebrows are all messed up. She also insult brow art 123. DO NOT GO HERE

Owner and daughter are rude and have bad customer service. They have no filter and say whatever they want without thinking if it’s socially acceptable or kind. I will never go back after going twice.

I go to get my eyebrows threaded. It's cheap $10 for touch up and $15 for first time styling. The lady, Macha, is pretty great and although she's almost 40 minutes away from me, the trip is worth it.
