Posh Nails is a GEM! Interior design is easy-on-the-eyes (none of that late 1990's cheap modern art like at many other nail saloons...what is up with that?). Relaxing and sanitary environment. Nail techs are delightful, love their jobs, and are English speaking. Ask for Cynthia, Emily, or Candice. Cynthia is a warm-kind soul, Emily (ditto), and both are thorough and type-A-thorough about their end result. Candice is also a wise choice.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! EXTREME RIP OFF!!! The services are completely overpriced for what you get. I spent $60-$70 on an acrylic set with gel and the techs i went to never bothered to touch my cuticles or even offer hand lotion at the end of my treatment so my hands felt cracked and rough. My nails were unevenly shaped the most recent time I went so I had to fix them myself when I got home. Overall, I'm horribly disappointed with Posh and will never return or ever recommend it to anyone else.

It was just two of them in there chatting and my friend and I walked in and we asked if they took walkins. They said they were booked. No one else was in there. Conveniently they said they had 2 reservations in 5 mins. Walked by 15 mins later and still empty.

Terrible experience. We had a party of 4, a bride and 3 bridesmaids to get manicures and pedicures 2 days before the wedding. First of all, the receptionist was so rude. She was mad and rolled her eyes that we all wanted to pay separately, showing us that it was a huge inconvenience. None of our nails looked good and it was pricey. For a regular mani/pedi with no add ons, no hand or foot massage it was $60 before tip and it lasted 3 days. Also, one bridesmaid was charged $44 for a shellac removal and color change, no pedicure, for $44! This place definitely lacks customer service and charges way too much for a mediocre job. Not "Posh" at all.

HORRIBLE!! RUN DOWN - NOT FRIENDLY - POORLY MANAGED! When I lived in Brighton I would drive to Cherry Creek just to get my wonderful pedi from whatever tech was available at Posh. Now that I live in Littleton, I still drive all the way to Cherry Creek to get a pedi - until today! The Situation- we called and made an appointment and about 20 minutes later they called and told us that one of their techs didn't show up and they could either fit me and my guest in back to back or in 2 hours. We were almost there - littleton to cherry creek - so we decided to do back to back. The Equipment - I sat down and my spa pedi chair was broken. After I asked about the chair I was told they were going to order new ones. So I asked to move to one of the other chairs - the tech was nice but surprised I wanted to move - what - of course I want a massage chair!! So I get over and turn the chair one and the seat of the chair was literally rattling in my vagina! All the chairs were torn up and had holes in them. Also I went to bathroom and the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl or broken or something - it was weird and felt like I was going to sit on the toilet bowl. But I'm glad they have fake roses hanging from the ceiling - that makes me feel better - NOT! The Experience - After the change in the appointment - they were not very accommodating. We got there and there was no greeting and the girl running the show was not friendly - as normal she seemed a bit snobby. The entire pedicure part of the salon was empty and they only could seat one of us. I have to say that knowing that we had two people together - I expected them to have two chairs ready and at least let us sit and talk to each other. There were two other techs (they were busy when we showed up) and a front desk lady - not one other employee acknowledged us the entire time we were there. The girl at the front desk sat at the desk and played with her phone and when one of the other techs was done with the manicure she was working on she went outside the salon and stood in front of the store front. All in all our pedicures took 3 hours for the same person to do two EXPRESS pedicures. The Staff - my tech was nice - slow but nice. It's not her that is the problem - it's the management. The last time I was in there I couldn't help noticing the the person running the place seemed a little mean. I guess she is the manager and her mom is the owner and she gossiped the whole time I was there - I felt bad for the employees. Today the owner was there - I think she needs to buy a bra for those obnoxious fake boobs cause her THO was offensive. Not surprising the front desk girl's bra was hanging out of her tiny dress which was so soooo short I'm surprised her cat didn't catch a cold. OVER IT - I actually wonder how much longer it will be there - hot mess of a nail salon! I'm out and would NOT suggest this place to anyone.
