I will never go back to this place again. The man at this salon totally destroyed my nails when taking off my powder nails (that were also applied here). He used an acrylic tip to just rip them off. When I told him it hurt, he replied in an annoyed voice that it would take too long to soak them. I grimaced but endured as this was the first time I had powder coated nails and didn't realize that this was not a standard practice. I have since researched this and found out that this is the worst way to remove the powder coating because it destroys the integrity of the nail. I would expect someone in the industry to know about that if he offered the service. A week later and my nails still hurt. This method pulled layers of nail off the top so the leftover nails are very thin. This also pulled the underneath side away from the nail bed. The long tips of my natural nails were torn off so short that the nail bed was exposed in some areas. It is very painful to wash dishes, wash hair, etc. and aches just doing nothing. All in all, I expect to be recovering from this treatment for months until the nail totally grows out.

Very nice people, she took her time and cleaned up my nails when she was done. Very kind and clean i will be back.!
