Competitive pricing, great customer service, but this one wins hands down. This is the first time in a long time that I got a full set with gel and they look completely natural. Celina is fast and very talented. I highly recommend Little Lotus. You won't be disappointed. Love the atmosphere there.

Noooooooooo. Stay away! I held off writing this review for over a week just to be sure, but this is one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I went in on a quiet Thursday afternoon and I was the only customer. I asked for dip polish (I had dip on that needed to be removed) and sat down. The entire process took a full TWO HOURS. Now don’t get me wrong, my technician was not absent or lazy, but she obviously either wasn’t trained properly or something of the sort. She wasn’t new, I did ask that. While she worked, the owner played on her phone and offered no assistance to speed the process up (even a simple offer to fetch the polish or something would’ve helped). The tech took very long to do each task, and didn’t always use proper tools. For example, to remove my dip polish she simply scrubbed my nails with a cotton ball. Can you imagine how long this took? The machine wasn’t used until much later, much to my dismay. Anyway, I left with nails that were decent. They didn’t look bad. But, within a mere 24 hours, they began popping off. That’s right, the hardened dip POPPED OFF my nail. It is as painful as it sounds. In the following week, 8/10 of my dip polish were detached at the cuticle. Luckily, I got it fixed at my normal place. Won’t make the mistake of staying again. Here’s the kicker though— one of the nails with the loose dip has markings on my nail that are caused from water build up between the nail and the raised dip polish. So now I have a whole issue to deal with to grow out and remove this discolored area. * my trusted nail salon shared that this was likely not dip polish used at all, they most likely used the color powder for acrylic instead. Nice.* Please heed my warning and find a trusted nail salon.
